Challenges and Bundles

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all challenge and bundle purchases, as long as the challenge hasn't been completed. If you haven't finished the challenge, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Once you've completed a challenge, including short ones like 7-day challenges, it's no longer eligible for a refund, even if you're still within the 14-day window.

Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Canceling doesn't refund the current billing period. If you'd like a refund for a recent charge, it's covered by the same 14-day window above.

Technical Issues

If the app isn't working, contact us any time. We'll fix it or refund you, no time limit.
